Smallest Cell Phone - Lip Stick Size
KTF in Korea has rolled out the smallest cell phones on the market today - mini EV-K130. The size of the cell phone is close to a regular lip stick (82x37x16.9mm) and the weight is only 73.5g! However, the little phone has a 1.3 megapixel camera and 165MB on-board memory and can be used as a MP3 player!

Hi Guys, as far as I am concerned, this lip-stick size cell phone is only in the "beta" testing market which means that KTF has launched the product in Korea to the selective group of clients. It's not in North American Market for sure.
